There are numerous trails for bushwalking close by. The trails run up through the mountains and pine forests or meander along the river.  They can be used for walking, mountain bike riding or even for horse riding. There are often equestrian events happening on our local grounds down at nearby Pioneer Park .   Our street leads up to Mystic Mountain , where the launching pad is situated, from which the many Paragliders take to flight.  You will often see the sky awash with their vibrant colours.

The Murray to the Mountains Rail Trail starts in Bright and is another great place to enjoy a ride on a bike while you are here. An easy, safe and fun way to take in the views of the district, including the magnificent views of Mt Buffalo.
